There are generally four types of loft conversions: roof light, dormer, hip-to-gable and mansard. Deciding the best one for your property is determined by any number of factors including the type and age of your home and budget consideration.
If you are extending your loft, planning permission will be required but if you’re just renovating internal space it isn’t. If planning permission is required, we will take of building control, structural calculations, planning and design.
