“We had a great experience with Team 1 Construction who recently completed a kitchen, master bedroom and en-suite bathroom refurbishment in our Victorian terraced house. Before the start, Oded and Assaf were very helpful in helping us scope out the project and came to see us several times to assess the work required. During the project, the day-to-day team on site worked very hard (including most weekends and bank holidays) and were professional with high attention to detail, friendly and making great efforts to leave the place as tidy as possible (as we were living in the house at the same time). Team 1 also helped us with an unexpected issue during the project and adapted their plans as needed. and critically, they were very good at delivering the project in the agreed timeline. “This is the second time we’ve hired Team 1 Construction. Team 1 are just fab. They are courteous, can turn their hand to almost anything, indoors or outdoors, doing mostly larger jobs. The service is 1st-class and their staff simply delightful - a pleasure to work with. They will gladly return for any snagging and we would most certainly use them again.

Assaf and his team did a great job for us recently. They were on time, polite, friendly, on budget and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend, although not in Jan, Feb or March next year, as we want them to do more work and I don't want them to be booked out!

We used team 1 construction recently to convert our garage into a Music Studio. They have completed the work last week with alacrity and great attention to detail. Thank you team1construction for completing our wonderful annexe. The work is to a very high standard and was finished within the promised timeframe. Assaf listened to want we wanted and was proactive in providing suggestions as well as solutions. Often going out of his way and he always replied promptly to queries. The team that worked on the annexe were very hardworking. They always arrived on time and made sure the area was safe as well as clean when they left everyday. They were polite and approachable, so we felt able to ask questions. I cannot praise Assaf and the team enough. Very professional. There are future projects we want to have completed and will definitely be calling Team1construction.

After visiting one their sites and talking to the owner Assaf, we decided to go ahead. The quotation and lead time for completion was one month and I’m pleased to say they delivered bang on time. Their attention to detail is impressive, and throughout the project, the site was clean and tidy. The entire team is professional, on time, and polite. We never had any complaints from any residents. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and couldn't have achieved it without their help, highly recommended any time.

We had our detached garage converted and we are delighted with the outcome. The roof was replaced fitted with a velux, the inside gutted and fitted with an en suite bathroom, we created a storage section on one end and a private patio section on the other, with new lighting, plumbing and drainage systems. Our plans got adjusted as we went along with Assaf making brilliant suggestions. He made the whole experience hassle free and brought in laughter and calmness throughout. The team were exemplary and it was unbelievable how tidy, considerate, polite and professional they all were throughout the whole project. We would like to thank Team1 Construction and we can highly recommend them.

The Team1 team were absolutely superb for our outhouse/garden office project. Even before the work started, Asaf had come round to our house to discuss the project in detail and made sure we had a proper plan in place.
