Assaf Touboul
I’m Assaf Touboul, founder and co-director of Team 1 Construction. I lead project delivery across the business, overseeing each stage from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with our team on site, the focus is on coordination, sequencing, and maintaining control throughout the build.
Decisions are made early, details are resolved properly, and every element is carried through in line with the agreed plan, allowing the project to progress with clarity and control.
Oded Loulay
I’m Oded Loulay, founder and co-director of Team 1 Construction. I oversee the strategic direction of the business, including finance, growth, and brand positioning, alongside my background in property refurbishment and investment.
I remain closely involved throughout each project, ensuring decisions align with both the build process and the long-term performance of the space.
Each project is approached not only as a build, but as a space that needs to function properly, hold its value, and stand the test of time.

Assaf Touboul
Hi, I’m Assaf Touboul, founder and co-director of Team 1 Construction. I’m committed to client satisfaction and it’s my job is to ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations.
I bring many years of experience in the building industry to your project. My responsibilities cover overall management of the business, which includes estimates, negotiations, employees and subcontractor management.
Oded Loulay
I’m Oded Loulay, founder and co-director and an expert in refurbishing property. I deal with business strategy, management, and finance/marketing.
We are proud of our committed hands-on approach with all clients. To be there at the property ensuring quality work and timely dellivery. My guarantee to you is that we will deliver top-quality work that adds value to your property and your lifestyle.
