10/10 for Team 1 Construction who installed an underground drainage system in my waterlogged garden and built a new shed and base in a different spot. A fabulous team, polite and courteous, turned up to start at 8am daily, washed all the floors before leaving each evening as all materials and debris had to come through the house, which they protected well before starting the job…would definitely use again.

This is the second time we’ve hired Team 1 Construction. The first was Feb to May 2021 – a full renovation of a 3 bed semi detached… The second was March 2023 – a garage to office conversion. Assaf, Oded, Zoltan and the entire team were fantastic both times – professional, knowledgeable, responsive, diligent, efficient, patient, courteous, honest and trustworthy. They deliver high quality results with fast turnover times… I won’t hesitate to hire Team 1 again. Highly recommended.

We worked with Team 1 on two different whole house projects last year. Big projects, with short lead times. They delivered. They were professional, and great to work with, communicative and with a can do attitude throughout. The team working on site were hard working, tidy and positive, were always happy to problem solve if anything came up. Nothing was too much trouble, and the attention to detail was really outstanding. I would work with Assaf, Oded and their team on any project in a heartbeat.

What a great team at Team1 Construction. Every single one of them was enthusiastic, professional and polite. We needed a whole new deck and garden studio built which threw up problems as the old deck was raised and we saw what mess had been left by previous builders. However nothing was any ever trouble and the work was completed on time and it really does look amazing. They tidied up every day and were there EVERY day. You hear horror stories of builders disappearing to go to other jobs but it just never happened. They were then bang on time (or before) every day which shows true professionalism.

But I can say without hesitation that both the managers and the team on site have been impeccable: efficient, hardworking, paying attention to detail, polite to all the other people around including neighbours etc. They worked diligently and with great care, and while keeping good humour and making us feel safe throughout.
