The existing roof was carefully reconfigured to create two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a light-filled landing.

Dormer extensions provide generous headroom and well-proportioned rooms, while carefully positioned rooflights and windows bring natural light across the new floor. Built-in storage makes use of the lower roof areas, allowing every part of the space to serve a purpose.

Externally, the new structure is finished with tiles selected to sit comfortably alongside the existing roof. Clean rooflines, considered detailing and neatly integrated rainwater goods give the conversion a balanced appearance within the original house.
