A feeling of space is essential in the capital, both physically and in terms of mental wellbeing. Complete redesign of the internal layout allowed us to introduce two additional bedrooms, a dedicated study room and a generous master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, bringing a living environment that is functional and more balanced between work and relaxation.

Careful attention was given to the flow between spaces, meaning that natural light  The open plan living area connects seamlessly with the rest of the home, creating a bright and welcoming space ideal for family life, business and hosting guests.

A project of this scale required extensive structural works and highly-detailed planning. The result is a  property that is light and airy, yet still contains that indefinable sense of ‘home’.
