The years had not been kind to this dated ground-floor flat and it was in dire need of rejuvenation. Team1 gave it a stylish, up-to-the-minute makeover, involving a full refurbishment and a complete reworking of the layout. It has been transformed into a refined two-bedroom residence with open-plan living and two elegant bathrooms.
