This three-bedroom home required a complete refurbishment to unlock its full potential. Team 1 approached the project by rethinking the layout, removing key structural elements and redefining how the space could be used for modern living.

The kitchen was relocated to the rear, opening directly onto the garden through large bifold doors, creating a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The result is a home that feels lighter, more open and better suited to everyday life, while maintaining the character of the original property.

The house was fully refurbished, with the removal of three chimney breasts allowing for a more efficient and open layout. The ground floor was reconfigured to form a generous living and dining environment, complemented by a newly positioned kitchen to the rear.

Natural light is drawn through the space via large openings and glazed doors, while a considered palette balances contemporary finishes with the home’s original proportions. Air conditioning was introduced throughout to enhance comfort across all rooms.

The result is a carefully resolved home, where layout, light and detailing work together to create a practical and refined living environment.
